SPFx web parts and SharePoint storage analysis for real tenant work

Graphlint is the main product. Alongside it we ship SPFx web parts — org charts, directories, news centres — and a Storage Optimization analysis that produces a ranked dashboard of where SharePoint capacity is actually going.

Storage analysis

Main product

Graphlint

Read-only Microsoft 365 tenant scanning ranked by Copilot impact. Content hygiene first; SPFx and storage analysis when the intranet or the bill still needs dedicated work.

Storage Optimization analysis

A SharePoint Online storage snapshot that shows which sites, file types, and stale libraries are driving capacity — before you buy more gigabytes at Microsoft list rates.

The deliverable is an HTML dashboard (same layout as the public demo): tenant totals, top sites by storage, largest files, stale content past an inactivity threshold, and file-type rollups. Runs are read-only. Remediation stays with your team — archive, version trim, or delete — with a clear list of where to start.

  • Tenant storage used vs inventory of team and communication sites
  • Top sites by storage with relative share bars
  • Largest files across scanned libraries
  • Stale content ranked by days since last modified
  • File-type rollup (PDF, media, archives, mail dumps, and so on)

Graphlint indicative pricing

Fixed quote per tenant engagement, scaled by approximate seat count and how many sites need library-level detail. Typical mid-market bands:

  • 200–999 seats

    USD 1,800–3,200

  • 1,000–2,499 seats

    USD 3,200–5,500

  • 2,500–5,000 seats

    USD 5,500–8,500

One report package and readout. Re-scans and remediation projects are quoted separately. Not a SaaS subscription.

How the market prices storage work

Published list prices as of mid-2026. SaaS tools are annual platforms; Microsoft overage is metered capacity. Graphlint Storage Optimization is a one-time analysis when you need the inventory without buying another governance suite.

Featured web parts

  • 01

    Organization Chart

Interactive org chart driven by Microsoft Graph — manager, peers, and direct reports with real profile photos.

Starts from the signed-in user or a chosen person. Readers walk the hierarchy by clicking cards. Ships with the Graph permission request wired in so photos and profiles load after admin consent, instead of failing silently like stock samples.

    • Fluent UI
    • User.Read.All
  • 02

    Custom Department Directory

People directory shaped for departments — filterable cards, refiners, and click-to-contact — not a document-centric search page.

Built on PnP Modern Search and Graph people data. A–Z and department refiners, presence where available, and layouts that match your intranet. Replaces the generic search results experience staff will not use.

  • 03

    Custom News Center

A news hub that aggregates, filters, and targets corporate news the way your communications team publishes it.

Audience targeting, department channels, featured heroes, and reading layouts that stay on-brand. Built when the stock News web part cannot express your taxonomy, multi-site sources, or governance rules.

Other web parts scoped to company requirements

Most engagements are not a catalogue purchase. We specify against your information architecture, Entra groups, Graph scopes, and Fluent theme tokens — then deliver a package your admins can approve and your authors can configure.

  • Records declaration and disposition review in context
  • Group calendars aggregated across Microsoft 365 Groups
  • Personalised welcome and landing experiences
  • Quick links with custom icons, colours, and audience targeting
  • PnP search result layouts for knowledge hubs
  • Graph-backed widgets for Teams, Planner, or profile data

    Storage Optimization analysis

Where capacity is going — before you buy more GB.

Read-only SharePoint inventory with a branded HTML dashboard: top sites, large files, stale content, and file-type rollups. Fixed quote by seat band.

  • 02

    Custom SPFx development

From a single web part to a small suite.

End-to-end design and build on SharePoint Framework with Fluent UI patterns so components feel native to modern SharePoint and Teams.

  • 03

    PnP / search customisation

Directories and hubs shaped by real queries.

PnP Modern Search configurations, refiners, result templates, and people-focused layouts when out-of-the-box search is the wrong UI.

    Microsoft Graph integrations

Live tenant data inside SharePoint pages.

Profiles, org hierarchy, Groups, calendars, and related Graph calls packaged with the right application or delegated permissions for admin consent.

    When to customise vs configure.

Feasibility, permission model, and maintainability advice before you commit to a custom package — including how work sits next to a Graphlint hygiene programme.

How an engagement runs

  1. Step 01

    Requirements and Graph scopes

We document who the web part or storage run is for, which sites are in scope, and which Graph or SharePoint permissions an admin must approve.

  2. Step 02

Build or analyse against your tenant

SPFx work uses Fluent UI and your theme tokens. Storage runs produce the dashboard report with library-level detail where scoped.

  3. Step 03

    Package, report, and handoff

Web parts ship as a deployable package with consent guidance. Storage engagements ship the HTML dashboard and a short remediation briefing. Graphlint Copilot hygiene stays a separate product when in scope.
